Focused on addressing the current labour shortage in BC with skilled and professional immigrants, Career Solutions is a partnership between Camosun College and the Inter-Cultural Association of Victoria (ICA). Career Solutions works closely with foreign trained professionals by developing a career path towards employment in their professions.
Career Solutions is part of the BC Skills Connect program, offered through Camosun College and the Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria (ICA). The BC Skills Connect for Immigrants Program is a provincial government initiative funded and managed by the Ministry of Economic Devlelopment. The primary goal of this program is to see new immigrants secure jobs that fully use their skills and talents.
